No real punk song would ever include piano on it.
Which is why I didn't tag it as punk...
Lead synth stands out just a little bit too much after the first part. Other than that, amazing little piece.
Sounds more as the final dramatic cutscene of a very epic game. Not too much of a battle theme.
However, if I think it through, this would fit a final battle in which the outcome is pessimistic whether you win the battle or not. Some sort of unevitable fate trying to be fought by one last hope that shines in the middle of the dark. There is some sadness to it, some kind of "everything is lost, but I may as well die fighting" kind of atmosphere.
Well, screw myself, this is a great battle theme.
Thank you for this piece.
As I previously said in the intro, amazing piece of music. Great feel, very bright. The composition for the lead synth is incredibly great.
Amazing piece with great depth and feel. Bright at times, dark and mysterious altogether. I like it a lot. There is ONE personal thing I would add. Don't get me wrong, I love it as it is. But if it were my work, I would add a bit of vibrato into the lead synth long high-pitched notes. Just personal opinion, this is brilliant.
Yeah, I definitely should have done it. I might go back and tweak it a bit later on. Thanks a lot for the review!
Not bad, but the guitar seems to have too much reverb, the bass is uninteresting. The drums are a bit too low. Look at GREAT battle themes such as Pokemon's, Golden Sun's, Fire Emblem's... Crazy ass bass guitar madness. The drums are well paced. Depending on the type of battle this may be applied with, guitar should be more fast paced, and bass more melodic/complex.
Thank you I will take this advice!
what programs do you use to do music? lolz this is never going to be answered so i betters start searching in Google
